Challenge Exercises with songs

It all started when I saw a couple videos of people doing workouts to songs that weren't Dance related.
So it began my quest to come up with Songs matched with different exercises to really engage
my clients when combined with my exercise classes I teach. Its a killer way to have some FUN,
increase heart rate, and burn those muscles. HIIT at its best.
